Welcome to 2018, the year of transformation!

We find ourselves in the depths of January 2018, one week away from the start of February already and time is passing quickly. Another year, another opportunity to reflect on where we are right now and where we would really like to be. Even if you don’t make any New Year resolutions formerly, you may have likely had thoughts about getting fit, losing weight, eating healthier etc, the ones that enter our heads during this time of year, I know I have! For me I am happy to be in 2018, the year of transformation.

2017 was quite a turbulent year for many including me. A year of illness, overwhelm, stress and to top it off in November a broken foot! It wasn’t all doom and gloom but it was a very challenging year for me in many different ways. I was very happy to learn that 2018 is the year of transformation and had already begun to make plans to reform my treatment room and the way I work… I was determined to have a better year than 2017.

I am happy to say I have started 2018 in a very positive way. My foot is almost back to normal. My treatment room is transformed and I have committed myself to hosting my first online group programme on Emotional Mastery, starting in April. My spirit is high, positive and yet very grounded as I spend more time in nature connecting with Mother Earth. Yes I am taking action but from a heart filled space, whilst maintaining a balance between work and personal life, ensuring I achieve a mix of fun, laughter, connection, creativity and relaxation.
